And the three moves that put your name first.
A woman in Beirut decides to treat a fibroid. She does not know your name yet. There are only four ways she can end up at your door, and we checked all four.
She types the treatment. You appear on 4 searches out of 20.
On 11 searches Google showed a small map of clinics. You were on none.
Twelve patient questions asked. Your name came back once.
The one that works. Also the only one you cannot grow.
This is the real page she gets, on a phone in Beirut, for a treatment you perform. Four other clinics are above you.
Before the list of links, Google shows a small map with three clinics on it. That is what most people tap. You do have a place on Google Maps. Nobody has ever claimed it, so it carries no photographs, no opening hours and not one review.
More and more, she does not search. She asks ChatGPT, the way she would ask a friend who knows. We put twelve real patient questions to it.
The site currently carries 115 pages. Five of them are about you. The rest came with the template and was never removed, including six colleagues who do not exist.
Collected from 11 457 real searches here. Nearly nine out of ten come from someone who already knows what is wrong and is choosing what to do about it. Almost none of them type a doctor’s name.
Nothing here invents anything about you. You did the first three Y-90 treatments in Lebanon, you have six published papers, you trained at Georgetown, and you have answered patients live on national television. The work is to make that visible where she is actually looking.
One page for each condition you treat, written in the words a patient uses, with your number at the top of every one.
ChatGPT does not read a page the way you do. It repeats what a page says plainly and can check. So we write your pages to be repeatable.
Everything above waits for her to go looking. This does not. It puts you in front of her while she is scrolling Instagram, before she has thought to search for anything.
When someone in Lebanon needs what you do, your name is the one that answers: on Google, on Google Maps, in ChatGPT, and on Instagram. Built only from what is already true about you, so nothing we publish can ever be contradicted.
One honest line about timing. Everything above is our work, and a week is real because most of it is already built. What we do not control is how fast Google goes back and looks again, which takes a few weeks, and how fast it posts the letter that confirms your Google Maps place is yours. The adverts do not wait for either. They can bring you people from day seven, which is why they are last on the list and first to arrive.
We send it to you, you add it once. It lets us see your site the way Google sees it. It gives us access to nothing else.
Five questions only you can answer. The first is how many of each procedure you do in a year.
